I understand that Biden has declared ATF to take action on new gun control issues. Correct me if I’m wrong but it my understanding that the legislature branch controls the laws enacted. Biden has no authority to “declare” legal actions to be taken by the ATF or the DOJ. Just he said that they now “ are to do certain things that are not law, doesn’t mean that they have the legal right to take such actions.
It's the Democrat dictatorship way of ruling. Dem's create crappy Executive Orders that a future Republican President attempts to reverse only to be told by a Federal Judge that he can't.... My grandparents and great uncles were 100% correct on what we should do we all politicians, especially those in DC.
