I just said it was a problem and meant it in the sense of increasing the supply of guns available to criminals. In an economic supply/demand sense.
I think there might be some doubt as to whether serial numbers do that.
But we all know that ain't gonna happen. How about we try to keep criminals out of society rather than try to make them play nice with others.
