Picked up the largest ones . Need to pressure wash the husk off. It's a lot of work but I'm too cheap to buy them in the stores. Left hundreds of golf ball size for the squirrels.

I've got a wallnut saw. Basically a double bladed angle grinder. I get mostly halves with the saw. No hammer, bench vice needed. Guy in Arkansas figured out how to do it. It is marketed as the walnut saw.

I just watched his video --- that's really slick!!
