Kids are out of school and home and the wife is in town staying with her parents to be closer to her work so I have to be a good boy. Plus I usually only drink alcohol on the weekends. And I'm not working out this week either so no carb load or protein drinks.

In the morning its hot coffee with halfnhalf and sugar. During the afternoon its iced tea or iced coffee drinks. After dinner its hot herbal tea or decaf coffee with International Delight Cinnabon creamer, and my Xanax. And water,I drink tons of water all day.
