Bobcat? Worlds largest Raccoon?

Ok, at Okie's suggestion I'm starting a new thread to get your thoughts on this picture.

Any ideas? I say Bobcat, it seems kinda big for a Bobcat, plus that ringed tail seems a little long and is just a little weird but what else could it be?

I'm thinking a poorly spotted bobcat with summer fur. Tail rings visible, definately the head of cat upon zooming. Would rather it be something "other" though.
