And talking about radiation etc... No more intelligent than I am (haha), one of my main concerns was for the people that travel frequently by air. Lets say they might have to enter a body scanner multiple times per week, maybe even once per day at times. Are these types of scenarios counted into the "damage" that might be involved at these higher frequencies?

You also have to think about the TSO's that shuffle the folks into the scanners. How much radiation do those guys get and do they have a film badge that gets sent in each month or every three months? I assume woth two open ends, the radiation is bouncing off the walls and some will escape.

Employee's do not wear badges from the reports I have seen.

I can't provide a source, but it seems like I recall reading somewhere that the TSA officers are forbidden to wear dosimeters.

That said, take anything on NewsMax (or affiliated) with a huge grain of salt. They wouldn't know "scientifically valid" if it hit them over the head.

It's like anything that comes along whether it be food, medicine, electronic equipment, etc. What is healthy or safe for you today will be deadly six months from now and then healthy and safe before it is found to be deadly again. Depends on which study you read.

After providing information you can't quote any source for as the truth, you say not to trust anything Newsmax says because they don't know what they are talking about. Would you please give me some examples of Newsmax being less than trustworthy. This is a serious question. Thanks
