I tired to look up the name they gave him to see if it can be translated into what it might mean in English. I couldn't find anything. Has anyone else had any better luck?

After my brief research I sort of think it doesn't really have a "meaning" as much as its just a name, like Jim or Tom.

I'd think that would put Xe Services in a lot of hot water if it were the case.

But they are contracted by the US Govt, since he is acting solo, I would think it's different.

They sent him packing....I'm betting they are a little too busy fighting a war to spend more than a few hours dithering around with a spoiled college kid from California. Fun for a little while but you gotta get back to business after the fun wears off.

I know they do stuff for the State Department, but Xe does jobs for people other than the US Gov't too.

Guess it depends if we consider the rebels an ally or not.

Yeah, Maddskillz, he's fighting for the wrong team. That democracy and independence thing the rebels are fighting for is way overrated.

And we always have democracy (shouldn't it be a Constitutional Republic?) and peoples safety and bright futures in our interest.
