Tungsten is great, if you can afford $8 per shot.

Black Cloud is really good, pricey, but less than tungsten.

I guided for geese for 25 years. Used Federal 3" 12ga steel Ts on geese and 1s on ducks. Never had a ftf or squib. Can't use Ts, now, moved to Remington Super Steel 3 1/2" BBs.

Steel will do the job, IF you do your job.

Never heard of Boss. Definitely won't be buying any, from the looks of their quality and customer service.

Serious issue with Boss shells. Misfire over and again. Used the 5 shorty for pheasants. Ok if hot and dry. Foggy morning resulted in recurrent misfires. Wad plugged barrel repeatedly. Reached out to Boss. Lots of lip service and no resolution. Aaron was far less than helpful. Web search shows my issue is not unique. Buyer beware!!
