Anyone know where I can find some good boudin and/or crawfish around the OKC area? I might just order some from cajungrocer but hate to pay that much to ship it.
My advice? Pay the extra. I've never found good boudin or crawfish north of Highway 90!
This^^^^^^^^^. I've tried boudin every time I've found it up here, pales in comparison. A friend of mine's wife travel to La. on business every three months, she brings back the good stuff.

Frozen crawfish!!!Their's a cajun restaurent in midwest city on 29th, I think it was Crawfish Daddy, not as good as Louisiana, but not to bad.
Every time I would come back from New Orleans I would hit up westwego and grab two $40 bags and bring them up here. But I had a hard time getting rid of the second bag.
Now i have some friends in the oilfield who will bring some, sometimes when they come back from offshore. You can't rely on it though, half the time they forget and leave it in the back seat of their truck in July.
