Only police can carry concealed in Brazil and citizens have a hard time to even get a firearm to keep/use in their own homes for self defense.

I watch a lot of Active Self Protection videos on YouTube. I'd say more than 95% of them are from Brazil. It's almost always an off duty cop(s) that are involved in the ones that have a good outcome. They and the bad guys are the only ones armed.
