That's a healthy looking bear.
I don't know enough about bears to judge them. They say look at the ears in relationship to their head size, but since this was my first time to see a bear in the wild, I don't have any thing to judge against. He/she wasn't too concerned we were 40 yds away, but we did back out and find another trail to follow.
