This kind of thing scares the crap out of me. I have a 151/2 yr old daughter I don't leave her at home by herself. I work from home a few days a week, I have dogs (big ones) and guns but it would be a bad day all around if I had to shoot some A-hole trying to get in to my house. I am happy the lady just started shooting and didnt ask questions.

Have you taught her to shoot, how to access a loaded firearm in the home and under what circumstances to do so? There have been several events over the past year where armed youths have repelled home invaders successfully.

Well, I'm different. In my case they would get #4 buck. They would get more pellets that way.

yes, I have & she's actually a pretty great shot with my little heritage 22 of all things! Seriously she's a better shot than me and my husband with that thing. She's also trained in Jiu Jitsu and she's no slouch but I still feel scared to leave her.
