C & R Question ?

I already have my C&R. I just haven't gotten rid of any guns, and I do not understand BATF legaliese. I just wanted a common sense answer which cktad gave me. Thanks.

OK, back on topic. I will add that when you sell to someone with a C&R license you also exchange signed copies of it.
