Last I checked, the House is a simple majority (50% +1) to pass a bill; they only need 2/3rds to override a veto. The Senate needs 60 for cloture to avoid a filibuster, but it’s still a simple majority to pass a bill after a cloture vote.Somebody that still doesn’t have a super majority But a simple majority.
If Democrats don’t sign on board, he still can’t make law. One still needs 2/3 in the house. 218 isn’t 2/3
