Somebody that still doesn’t have a super majority But a simple majority.
If Democrats don’t sign on board, he still can’t make law. One still needs 2/3 in the house. 218 isn’t 2/3

Last I checked, the House is a simple majority (50% +1) to pass a bill; they only need 2/3rds to override a veto. The Senate needs 60 for cloture to avoid a filibuster, but it’s still a simple majority to pass a bill after a cloture vote.

I’m probably getting them mixed up and backwards. I know it’s not as easy as we would like. I know that much. A super majority would be a whole lot better. However it is we would still need some democrats to sign on to get things rolling. And they won’t do anything to help. They are obstructionists to the max. Commie bastiges

It would be nice to think the house and senate republicans might all vote for everything we want, but fact is, they don't. This is going to be a bumpy ride as the beast's immune system kicks in.

I agree to everyone that says it’s unconstitutional, bs, etc. The only shining light here is suppressors have gotten fairly inexpensive and tax stamps are coming back quick. You can get into a rimfire suppressor with stamp for under $300 and have it on your weapon in a couple months. Much better than it was 10 years ago imho

I need to know where I can get a rimfire can and stamp for 300 pleeeaaaaase!!! Turn around times aty local gunshop (breckinridge arms) range from hours to a week, tops.
