Got the same e-mail and sent one back on his website contact form. Told him I was interested in further discussing the issue with him, as mentioned in the e-mail. I told him my concern is that universal background checks are unenforceable without total gun registration and that UBC would not stop criminals or the mentally unstable from getting guns. I reminded him that we have laws against the use of illegal drugs, but that doesn't stop people from getting them and never will. It will be interesting to see if I get a response.
I got the same email today too. I thought I was special :-(

We need to bombard his offices with letters, faxes, email and phone calls. I know I have contacted him 3 times in the last two weeks. And I haven't heard a peep past the autoreply email.
