Everything I see is it is either the air filter, the IAT sensor or the MAF sensor. All are easy diagnoses and easy fixes.
Run the tests associated with the two codes. If they both check out fine, start the truck and spray starting fluid over the intake and air tubes. listen for it to idle up and pinpoint the vacuum leak. Those motors have been known to crack intakes and cause vacuum leaks too.
I think that one has a big 90 degree rubber elbow that goes into the intake manifold that’s a pretty common spot to cause a big vacuum leak
sounds like a cam sensor or crank sensor to me the ford connectors on both sensors can come loose or crumble if you have the ability look at the rpm signal while cranking if not steady look into those two sensors
My colorado did that and after spending close to 600 on " the cheep stuff " such as oxygen and maf , throttle body gas peddle etc . it turned out to be a crankshaft sensor a 39 dillar part
Check it first to see if it's the affecting part. If that doesn't get it, check the voltage on the other sensor.
Not always ive had several not through a code for crank if it just looses signal or has a interrupted signal especially a cam sensor
