The ad got flagged before I could see it, but I'm guessing it was a 20 percent lower. As far as a drill press, it can be done. I've seen an 80 almost finished out with a router. A mill is much easier, but a dremel would do in a pinch.

I have seen 80 percent lowers finished out with a drill press before. I dont think I am up for it, but its been done. I am sure there are videos out there too.
