Ok ... A couple of you guys have expressed an interest so I'm gonna make this short, sweet and to the point. And I'll be back later after we get home from the range. (Shhhhhh, we don't look a gift horse in the mouth here -- we just take it and run! Lol)

This guy and his daughter are what got me interested ...




Carnivore is legit. Its amazing how you can lift weights, do sprints, run 5-9 miles, and recover as if it was just a light workout (if you eat what you should). I kicked almost all vegetables and fruits and now I dont have gut problems anymore. Diabetics, heavy people trying to lose weight, forget the doctors and do carnivore for 30 days, you will see the difference.

Well I didn't last long but I had fun. Pretty sure I'm gonna pay for playing later though. I wonder if the doc would send me to PT. Again. And I wonder if it would even help. I'm still doing the PT they gave me 3 years ago. Lol

Do you measure ketones?

I've never done carnivore but have done keto several times to drop some weight. On keto, you can get too much protein vs fat and get thrown out of ketosis. I wonder how that will work on carnivore?

While eating carnivore you WILL be in ketosis. Measuring ketones is not really necessary.

I need to shed some weight and haven't watched the videos yet but I'm going to.

It would seem like to me that if a person cut out veggies all together and just ate meat that constipation would be a problem......veggies = fiber / roughage = good bowel movements, right ?

We done the meat only for 30 days. Stay away from grains, potatoes, pasta, rice, breads...... no beer.

After the 30, slowly added back FRESH vegs.
Lost weight and felt good. Finally, added beer and occasional potato.

When Wif got sick, meals were whatever she wanted. Reverted back to old diets and packed on some pounds.

Started this month working back. No bread, cut potatoes, no processed food.
