Have you looked at a CZ82 or CZ83? The 82 is 9mm Makarov and the 83 is .380.

Walther PPS, Springfield EMP, most Kahr pistols. I'm thin and went with the PPS. It's the thinnest gun on the market. The mag release sucks ass, but it's really only problematic when dropping a mag that's more than 1/2 full. Internally, it's a Glock copy. Excellent pistol in terms of function. Mine is in .40S&W and it shoots as soft as my 2011.

cz-82/83 if you are gonna go with a 9x18/.380, double stack. but heavy. I personally wouldn't pick any gun on your initial list. why not Kahr cw9, you got a better budget than that keltec. I have owned many smiths and would look into that shield, but these micro 9's are seriously overrated. Get a g19 and and excellent holster and be happy.

I second or third looking into the cz 82. I picked one up and it feels really good in my hand.

I like a CZ 82/83 or Makarov a lot better than PA 63. YMMV

I like the feel of the PA63 but it is lightweight, bit more recoil than a Makarov. My brothers Walther PKS380 is pretty nice.

pa-63's were ok when they were $100, now too many other choices. btw, have an 82 and 83 if you decide to go that direction.
