This may have already been addressed sometime in the past and if so I missed it so I am going to ask again.
In Texas if you hold a valid ccw then you do not have to go thru a nics check when you buy a firearm, I have my ccw from Utah, Will that let me forego the nics check here in Oklahoma? ( I live here and have an ok. address and Ok. D.L.)

No.
In OK, even the OK CHL does not exempt you.

However, if you are in UT and want to buy a long gun, the dealer will call UT BCI rather than the FBI and check to see if your UT license is valid.
