If the guy is a newbie, he'd be better off with a 4" barrel, IMHO.
He does ok with my 357 snubbie shooting 38 sp.
CCing a 4 inch revolver in office attire my be a tricky thing
IWB holsters might take getting used to but they do conceal very well. But, if he does well with a 2" great.
