I need to enter a chili cookoff one of these days...Everyone that tastes my chili says it's the best they've ever had.

I don't know if they are still taking entries I think you can register the day of at 12. Taste kits are sold at 1pm for the crowd to start eating. Judges chili has to be turned in at 3pm. NO mixes, all chili has to be made from scratch.
