It sucks that a brilliant mind like Patraeus' is now considered moot due to some tang on the side.
After watching "Archer" on TV, I thought all the spy guys did that kind of thing.
And Petraeus was supposed to testify next week on Benghazi...
They can still subpoena him.
This sounds like a fish story so he can be used as the fall guy. To me, as long as he is receiving the pension and benefits, he should be available for questioning on the Benghazi incident.

He can still be subpoenaed so forcing him out does nothing, in fact we don't even need Patraeus to find out the truth about Libya....
