Can it be possible to remove the laquer off of a live round? If so, how would you do it? Thank about it and let me know.

Are you talking about Soviet Milsurp rounds? If so its a pain, cause your not going to be able to just drop a whole bunch in a bucket full of acetone and wait for it to eat it all off. You can use acetone or denatured alcohol to remove it. Soaking can actually cause either of these to seep into the primer well an deactivate the primer. You have to wipe each round with it and use 0000 steel wool to lightly scrub each caseing till all laquer is removed. DO NOT scrub the caseing head where the primer is!!!!
