It may not be, but if you don't have a definite way of telling the difference, treat it like it is. To me, Berdan is Corrosive no matter what the box may say.

I agree with this except for K31 surplus ammo. It is for sure non-corrosive.

Windex is the magic solution for me, you have soap, water, and ammonia all in 1 container. I've used boiling water in the past to pour down the barrel and on receiver bolt/firing pin area, but found it easier to do the job w/ windex. Afterwards, bore snake w/ Hoppes #9, dry patches, and rem-oil for protective coating on ghe whole gun
