I damned sure didn't nor will I EVER recommend to my students that they get these stupid things. I'm not sure who your referring to, but I bet I know who his instructor was... Oh yeah, that guy sells the badges to those students that want one... Convenient, huh?

The guy that does the SDA classes in Ada recommends the badges. I cant remember his name.

He aslo sells them if you want one.

I dont know anyone who thinks its a good idea , however i was in the gun store a couple days ago when a guy came in looking for one.

You know, people collect things like baseball cards and comic books - I can see collecting these badges, too. I wouldn't do it, but I can understand it. I texted him an hour ago and he just got back to me. I had asked him to shoot me a pic of his badge so I could post it. It's the nicest badge I've ever seen, but he says it has his Lic. Num. engraved into it, below the OKLAHOMA logo, otherwise he would.
