Wow! Is that part of T-town good or bad?

I don't know if there are any good parts of T-town left anymore. This part of town is the part i live in, and robberies and shootings seem to be a nightly event. Lots of good people live here as do i but there are also plenty of bad apples. I like the idea of this neighborhood letting bad guys know what to expect. I remember when having a sign that said neighborhood watch would help detour crime. I guess times have changed.

That sign is useless in that area of town, less than 10% of the population can read English!
