I'm with Mike ... too many unanswered questions on this one. However, here is my answer based upon the fact I do know -- that fact is I'm a brutal *****. Here's the reality of it with what you've provided and what I know:

They are a bunch of men that have already proven -- even if there is one or two innocents among them, the vast majority of them, anyway -- have proven that they don't play well with others. In fact they don't play well so bad that they've been removed from society for one reason or other.

I'm not too sure I wouldn't sit there and wait ... and watch ... and shoot any of them that escape the bus just so I don't have to deal with them later.

Yeah, in that situation I have bigger fish to fry than dealing with the potential problems that could arise from releasing the inmates.

Keep walking, they are in prison for a reason. I wouldn't even spare a bullet for them.
There are so many variables with this card... Has the govt been rounding up "dissenters" are these min security prison buses with some poor folks in there for having to much weed? IDK sucks to be them I guess because I'm not stopping.

I don't think they uses buses to take people home who have paid their debt. Thus, taking the card at face value, I keep moving. They probably crashed trying to take the bus over anyway. Smoke inhalation should end their suffering fairly quickly and might be faster than they deserve. God can sort it out. Risk/reward is just too high.
