is there any where that a couple and go and learn to be a better shooter and have fun and meet other couples that are intrested in the same thing?

Couples take TDSA's pistol class all the time.

As a bonus, it greatly encourages further shooting by your spouse, because the females usually all outshoot their husbands because of bad shooting habits and walk away ready to buy their own shooting gear!
