Besides their political left wing stances I don't care to hear about, two words, Computer Generated.
Two big problems.
#1 - No more creative ideas - almost everything they produce is a rehash of something done before.
#2 - Worse yet, everything must be woke. It is like they have a point system and they have to cram every possibly woke concept down someone's throat to change everyone's mind. They have forgotten the one thing people really want - to be entertained.

He addresses both of those points in other videos (as mentioned, it's part of a series). Actually, he repeatedly addresses point #2 in his videos--he calls it "The Message" in ominous tones.
I find his humor funny, but it's apparent that he's not your average YouTube/college newspaper "film critic." He actually puts thought into his reviews and commentaries, and he does seem to be consistent in his views.
Plus, how could you dislike someone who refers to the main character from Star Trek: Discovery as "diverse female space Jesus" and Rey from Star Wars as "non-diverse female space Jesus?"

I am not surprised; I can hardly watch modern stuff because of its wokeness. It is almost guaranteed to annoy and bore at the same time.
The only modern actor I really like is Ryan Reynold and that is because he is not afraid to poke fun at himself, his own movies, Hollywood, and especially other actors. He plays some foul mouthed characters I would not take a kid to see, but overall he is funny.
