My dad cut this izzy 91/30 down years ago into a scout rifle. I recently acquired it as he's got the shakes too bad to shoot anything with much recoil anymore. Just thought I'd share.

I can just imagine the fireball coming out the sides of that brake.
We used to shoot it with the chamber adapter and 7.62.25 until all the ammo dried up. It was about as loud as a 22 and no fireball. With 204 grain silver bear it's a beast, and fairly accurate at 75 yards

I shot many rounds of 32 Auto through an Izzy 91/30 using a chamber adapter. I still have it around here somewhere - the adapter, not the Izzy.

As I recall, the 32 just went PFFTT through the yard-long barrel. Fairly accurate to about 25 yards.

I completely forgot about chamber adapters! I have quite a bit of x25 still because I used to shoot my tokarev a lot before my kiddo came along. Anyone have one they arnt using?
