Dale Robertson passes

Another great loss for Oklahoma. We will miss you.

He was a good man. When I was younger I would go into the local donut shop and he would be there with the rest of the true leaders of town. Always smiling and happy to speak with you.

I used to run across him when I lived in Yukon. The company I worked for occasionally fabricated metalwork for his house or barns so I got to deliver it. Quite often, it was Dale who received the delivery.

his niece lived down the street from me when i was a kid. he would come to visit driving a big buick with a trunk full of pall malls to give away.

I took care of the hvac equipment at his house for several years he was a nice guy who gave alot to the community

He would come through Geary to hunt with HC Groendyke out west of town.

When I lived in town in Yukon I kept my horse in a rented pasture up by his place. Once while riding out along the road by his place he stopped me and visited with me a while. He was doing something out by the road, and just spoke up and I stopped and visited with him for a little bit. I though that was cool.
