Damn Thieves!!

Just got a call from our Concrete Foreman in Topeka. Someone broke into our concrete trailer on a jobsite and stole everything but one laser and some nail pouches. They hotwired the New Holland skidsteer that was parked infront of the doors to gain access.

This isn't going to be a cheap one. Luckily our other trailer wasn't on site that is full of power trowels.

Sorry hear that. That really sucks. I have had it happen before. Now I dont let guys leave anything on site unless its their own tools. Funny thing is they dont leave them, just thought it was ok to leave mine.

Its amazing how employees will get POed about their tools but dont give a crap about yours. All my tools go home with me every night, or we dont leave the jobsite.

Seems there's more & more of this happening. I saw on the news this morning somewhere in OK there was a convicted felon stealing trailers out of a storage facility.
