Bachelor groups appear to be breaking up but am still getting pictures of bucks eating together at feeders. I had 2 two year old 8 points that sparred and then ate together in front of me for over an hour, and they left together too.
Didn’t hear the usual duck hunters yesterday but I’m hearing some this morning
I was covered up in deer last night. One button buck this morning is all so far.
I had a coyote follow a doe into my food plot yesterday evening, and let’s just say he won’t do it again...

Had lunch with a friend. He went to his place to pull cards and check feeders. He counted 7 dead deer on his trip. He took the turnpike out to Wellston and Route 66 back to Edmond.
When I got out of my stand this morning and started to walk away, I jumped a mature buck (one on my hit list) that was bedded with a doe not 30 yds from my stand. They had to have been bedded when I walked in this morning and were holed up the whole time. Wind was in my favor so they never spooked until I went strolling by them. Hoping the decoy and some rattling might bring him in this evening.

3 dead between Ponca and my killing fields. All button bucks with 1” or so antler showing.
Does have kicked them out of the family unit, so they are wandering everywhere.
Lots deer moving this evening, bucks were vocal, young ones dogging does a little. No mature bucks seen this evening. Should have been this morning though lol. Scarface there for almost 45 min. Still haven't heard a shot from a stand.
