Went last night, and had a group of 7 doe come in. Still getting tuned on new crossbow, and shot about 3-4" low , but was a pass thru right in the pumper. Muzzy 3 blades.

I don't think you were that low. With a bow, I usually aim just on the low side, so that if the deer ducks on the shot, my point of impact is still in vitals. Aim for the heart and if the deer ducks, you still get lungs.

Good shooting! Mmm backstraps in the freezer.

Had a nice group of batchelors come around on the 8th. One young 9 that we haven’t seen seen since early bow season looked like the leader of the pack. Glad he made it, he’s going to be nice next year
