I've been reading this and don't worry your Ruger mini 14 and mini 30 rifles are safe because they aren't scary looking. Sure are a lot of guns being placed by name in the proposed ban. If this somehow passes we are pretty screwed.

What getS me is they want to ban wepons, we have armed guards in banks,social security offices, all the politicians have armed security but they dont want a armed teacher? I guess they think the kids in schools are expendable but they are not.

This is the absolute worse way of thinking you can have. The 2A is not a bargaining chip. We don’t give in an give things up. And there is no such thing as giving and getting either with the 2A. All that ever happens is we get more restrictions. We never get anything we want. I want constitutional carry and for the HPA to be law but I am not willing to trade away anything. This kind of crap is what has chipped away at the 2A for years. Morons like the NRA making “deals” to supposedly loosen gun control. And all that ends up happening is things like the NFA, GCA 68 and the machine gun ban of 86. If you give an inch they will take a mile. That is not just a saying, it’s the dang truth.

They don't want YOU to be armed. Teachers, students little babies.... those people don't give a crap about any of them. It is all about the taking your guns, the de-nutting of the American Male and of course the money.

HPA will fall under accessories not covered by 2A. And if they can put age 18 as restrictions then I would guess courts will say 21 is alright no complaints at 18.
