Do you open carry?

Never, I want to be a surprise not a target.

I open carried while hunting (many years ago), and now occasionally OC when hobbling out to the mailbox, but I never have in public. However, it doesn't bother me when someone does.

OC just didn't interest me at first, but after a few horror stories, I'm firmly in the CC camp.

I have open carried twice, both times I was in all camo and on lunch break at the gas station during deer season. Nobody looked at me twice.

The only time I carry openly (when I'm not on duty) is at church as part of the security team, or in the woods. Concealed everywhere else, either a G19 in a Raven Eidolon AIWB holster, or some flavor of snubnose wheelgun with a clipdraw hook.

CONVENIENCE STORE ARMED ROBBERY -- Do you recognize this suspect?
On 9-5-21, an armed robbery occurred at a convenience store near 47th Pl and Braden Ave.
The victim was inside the convenience store at the fountain drink machine. The suspect in the photos approached the victim, stuck a pistol in his face, and stole the victim's loaded gun.
The victim does not know the suspect and was legally carrying his firearm before it was stolen.
The suspect was last seen walking towards the Windsor Village Apartments.
Anyone with information is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling.

Open carry on my rural properties, small towns nearby, to/from. CC always in the city where Defective Citizens are multiplying like rats. Prefer not to advertise to the vermin that their life may end abruptly........anyone intending to engage in a fair fight is a fool.
