Does your fiery-arm have a brightly colored stock? - Post pictures please.

Yesterday a gentleman posted a pic of an AK,,,
With a dep red stained wooden stock.

I thought the rifle was very handsome,,,
I'm considering doing something similar to a mil-surp I own.

So if you have a pistol or rifle with a colored stock,,,
Would you please post a pic or few of it/them?

I've Googled the term "parade rifle" and came up with some interesting ones,,,
It seems like white stocks and all metal being chrome plated is common.

I found one where some M-1 Garand's had flag colored/themed stocks,,,
But white wood seems to be very common.

I wonder if it's so the drill team movements/tosses can be seen easier?

I've always had a temptation to buy some cheap AR just so I can make an abomination similar to that. Maybe with unicorns.

I have a friend whose Daughter I have known since she was 3 days old,,,
He let me carry the infant around my college building,,,
I told everyone I "bought her from the Gypsies."

Anyways, both of us guys are recreational shooters,,,
We tried to get her into shooting as well,,,
Using several different rimfire guns.

She was just "meh" on shooting until I showed her my Ruger LC9,,,
It was colored "Lady Lilac".

She loved shooting that gun and actually became proficient with it,,,
I also had a Twisted Industries rimfire adaptor set for it,,,
Last year I gifted the 2-caliber set to her.

After I gifted the 2-caliber set to her,,,
I kinda got to missing that LC9.

So I bought an EC9s in Marsala Red,,,
So I had a centerfire pistol to match my SR-22,,,
Having both pistols in the same Marsala red just tickles my fancy.

I do like brightly colored things,,,
Maybe that's where my current desire for a colored rifle comes from.

That Hello Kitty set cracked me up.

I've actually seen several rifles, pistols, and sets done that way.

There's a family who shoots at my rifle/pistol club,,,
The wife has a very nicely done Hello Kitty AR,,,
Don't challenge her to a match though,,,
She's a dead shot with that thing.
