We have been watched for a lot longer than the eye in the sky. There are cameras everywhere watching us everyday and the plastic money we use records a play by play of daily life. Unless your a Hobbit living under ground and live completely off the land and never speak to a human, there is a record of you. Check out google earth and that's the civilian version. I am not a sheep but you cannot escape technology it's just better to fly under the technology, don't stand out, nothing out of place that draws attention.
