I'm OK with dumpster divers. Maybe they'll find a treasure that I couldn't use, so more power to them. Vandalism and thievery is another story, I hope they get busted and tasers are involved.

I used to put out scrap metal for big trash day hoping it would get picked up by somebody scrapping for a few dollars, once I put out an old burning barrel that was about half full of ash etc, next morning I go out and somebody took the barrel and dumped the crap inside all over my yard
