Studies say that if you're over the age of 36, you're very unlikely to be an adventurous eater. Don't be a statistic. Go to the taco truck, order the beef tongue, ceviche, pokė, etc... odds are, the more weird it sounds, the better it tastes.

But you can skip the menudo... That's just nasty.

I have eaten kimchi, sashimi, squid, octopus, calf fries, lamb fries, and chicken gizzards. I feel I have been adventurous enough.

Our reaction to the idea of edible insects is an interesting topic....When and if I see restaurants serving insects I will be a lot more inclined to believe this is something "real".

On the other hand......
