Wha are they supposed to do, carry a 130# kid where ever they are going while he's yelling and struggling? Meanwhile, go down the dirt road until you see a Border Collie sitting by a mailbox, turn left in the dirt drive and go up to the house but be careful when you knock on the door (not too forceful) because the owner has schizophrenia and has been known to have a weapon and has threatened visitors recently. He will give you the information-hopefully.
