There are plenty on here, and many more on the other site. It is a bit of a joke that goes way back. Nothing personal. I mostly like LE. There was one in my immediate family until this past July.

Sonic booms have two syllables. Sort of a "Ba-Boom." Fairly distinctive.

I'm beting some bubba was playing with explosives. Any streams with beaver dams around? Sometimes folks use explosives on them, though with the drought the beavers are probably not prospering now.

I did not hear or feel it. Back in the fall they were blasting at the quarry at 46 st north just off Garnett and sounds of it were heard North of Wagoner. They blasted several days in a row. May be they are back at it again.
