I couldn't find it either but I believe that was in St. Louis, they shot a couple of police officers I think in McDonalds, then ran into Walmart where what you describe happened. I've seen the video, but a couple of minutes searching with that info didn't turn anything up, maybe some details will help you find it if I am remembering correctly.

It is definitely an eye opener, that poor fellow did not have a clue, totally overwhelmed by evil.
