Factory Sites on Walther P22

I've got a Walther P22 that I've never shot.
Will the factory sites be sighted in?

It also has the laser on bottom, I'm assuming not so much on that?

They're sighted in for windage anyway. It should come with an additional set of sights. Mine was hitting either high or low, I can't remember, so I changed to the other set and it's dead on now.

Each shooter is different. It might be bore sighted from factory - but I would adjust to personal preference.
