Finns come with a much better trigger, a heavier barrel, the stock inlet better and shimmed. The bolt (imho) is much slicker and smooth compared to a Russian mosin.
The Finns were trying to make an accurate service rifle for their army and the attention to detail shows. The Russians were just making as many possible during the war and the refurbing them afterwards to make a functional rifle. Its not to say you cant make a Russian very accurate, it just says that a Finnish rifle has already had most of the work done for you already
