Absolutely do not go under a general in an office that does not have back up power and the ability to provide hospital level life saving care.
SWMBO went in for an outpatient procedure to repair a hernia August 23rd. They almost lost her. Put in a trach tube, and kept her alive. Finally got the tube out a week or so later. Week after that, they let her out of the main hospital but put her in inpatient rehab. Finally got out September 20th. Integris SW. They did good for her.

Oh I'm not having it done in her office. It's at one of the little pop-up hospitals. I was kinda surprised when she said we would have to do it at a hospital, but didn't think to ask why at the time. I know she is gonna do a bit more extensive digging around because I've already pulled it and the "root" out several times but haven't been able to kill it off. Maybe that's why we are going to an outpatient procedure at a hospital as opposed to a procedure at her office.

It's warmed up to 32 here, feeling tropical! Didn't even grab a jacket or gloves this morning when I went to town for errands.

I have some old long time friends that live in Lincoln and Waverley. I have been at their homes in the middle of winter many times. I like just visiting it! Too cold for this Okie.

Cold winters do not kill off bugs.

take a look at alaska and places north that get a alot colder than we do for longer times. Look at how many bugs are there in the non winter months.
So bad in places you have a wear netting.
