Back in the day, when I worked at a salvage yard, we would cut trans fluid 50/50 with gasoline. Pull the plugs, fill the cylinders.

Leave it set for a day, try to turn it with a socket and breaker. If it didn't turn, leave it longer.

Sometimes we could just get it to budge, then have to work it back and forth a bit. Leave it set for another day, try it again.

Most of the time we would free up the engines. It just took awhile sometimes.
