It really is marked, you just have to look real hard to find them. Next thing you know, I will be putting fuzzy fur on my truck dash. Picked this up tonight off ArmsList. What do you think? Any input would be helpful like value. Please post any pictures you might have.

With that much custom work, the value will be MUCH more dependent on the viewer's opinion. In other words, it's going to depend on whether or not the person being asked thinks the custom work hurts or helps the firearm's value. IMVHO, the modifications are a big detriment, so it'd be worth less than an unmodified FN Hi-Power, especially one with Nazi markings. But then again, the next person you ask might think it's "da bomb" and value it accordingly.
